We hustle, but healthy
  • Work-life balance: Studies show that the productivity curve drops sharply as the number of hours increases. We want to give you the opportunity to use your time stress-free, even during the week. We measure by output, not input. That's why we have a 35-hour week. On the other hand, we expect you to use your time efficient, be beyond ambitious and goal-oriented. In the early-stage of startups, that's super unusual. But we are healthy-hustlers.

  • Work Location: For this role it will be in our office in a prime location in Munich, in the Lab at Fraunhofer in Freising and with some flexible days in Home-Office.

About us
Happy Ocean, Happy You!
Happy Ocean Foods is a foodtech startup for plant-based alternatives for fish and seafood based in Munich. Our mission is to reduce overfishing of the oceans.
We believe that people need to change their eating habits because of specific problems in the fishing industry. In doing so, it is much easier to deliver deliciousness instead of asking for sacrifice. This is exactly why we develop authentic plant-based products. Good for us and the oceans.

Started at the end of 2019, we launched in 2022 and will grow rapidly in 2023.

++ Please note that we can only consider applications that reach us directly via the career page. ++
